Well, I have received a great deal of feedback since I started telling people that I
was going to be building this. All of my friends are interested and (so far) very
willing to help. I already have a substantial group of people who want to be at my
house the day that the body arrives. Someone even volunteered to bring beer for all
of the spectators.I did however get some negative feedback. I posted a message to
rec.autos.makers.vw.aircooled responding to someone's question about removing the body
from a VW, well here is the saga:
